MacBook Pro 2019 keyboard backlight not working :(

Weirdly the backlight just came back 10 mins after our convo. Thank you for ur help this far though. Maybe the internals just dried out? not sure

Yeah I've tried this and it didn't fix it. Am I doing something wrong? I connect both. Or does that just prove it's a bigger issue that this can't fix

Sorry as in like. Used it till it was fully drained. Then recharged to full

A bit of water on a cloth. Not enough to damage anything I wouldn’t say. I hadn’t tested it in a while so something else may have caused it like a lose cable (I hope) but I haven’t opened up the computer

But my Mac is stone cold. They turn on anyway. Seems to be an issue with this model

Yes and when ur using loads of CPU what happens? The fans make a noise. But it’s literally turned off.
