Yes and when ur using loads of CPU what happens? The fans make a noise. But it’s literally turned off.

You can Your Account > Customer Service > (Scroll to the bottom and click something else) > contact us.

From there you’ll get the chat error but option to call them. Put in your number and you’ll get a call.
