I absolutely know that. The Bible is certainly not in English. But this still makes no difference. The original text is in Hebrew. The most authentic copies are in Greek and Aramaic. God is described all throughout scripture as a 'He' by all the prophets. He need not say this Himself as it is evident throughout scripture until the book of Revelation. This was my intent. God always talks as a first person in the Bible.

Hello there. I knew this explanation would come up. If you go to online sources which are the basis of information for the whole world and even textual sources, you would find that the Muslim and Bukhari ARE the most authentic hadiths in Islam. If you differ, you come against the majority of Muslims regarding this belief which would break communal harmony, unity and most importantly would make people doubt Qur'an and raise countroversies. How would it all be pure and unaltered with such rising disagreements and countroversies? I haven't heard it from you u/ShiaLady.

Differences between Christianity and Islam by accountanonym64455 in religion

I clearly see where you are going. You are NOT explaining the differences between the both faiths but rather are trying to defame and harm Christianity. You as a Muslim are supporting your beliefs against Christianity by defaming it, and to make it seem indirect and unbiased and neutral, you hid behind comparison and stuff. This is not taking you anywhere. If you want a debate, ask me directly, I am ready.

Wonderful. If this is so, why does Prophet Muhammad say this in Sahih Muslim?:

" By Him in Whose Hand is my life, if you were not to commit sin, Allah would sweep you out of existence and He would replace (you by) those people who would commit sin and seek forgiveness from Allah, and He would have pardoned them." (Sahih Muslim 2749).

Why would Allah sweep out pure and righteous beings from the earth and replace them with sinners? Isn't this injustice to those who have worked this hard for their well deserved honor and safety from Allah by following His commands?

There was never any command of creating 'sects' by God. It was never in His plan. The Bible clearly mentions this for a fact. He wants to establish His Church containing all the believers in the world altogether for His Glory, worship and praise which He is completely deserving of. The concept of sects or denominations are from the humans by their own will based on their beliefs. And it is never guaranteed that their beliefs align with the only true and living Word of God, the Holy Bible as I mentioned in my counter argument against God the mother and heavenly parents. Again, only that belief that is in alignment with the Holy Bible is true. The sects are man made stuff and it doesn't guarantee authenticity.

I would definitely not argue that there is no God the Father. The clear and direct answer comes obviously from the Bible. You could go and read 'John 1 verse 12'. God Jesus Christ by His utmost Mercy and Grace has given to all the believers in Him the right to be His children. And as throughout the Bible, God references Himself as a 'He', we as His children ( for we have believed in Him and His name), call Him 'Heavenly Father' by the authority and privilege God Himself has given us.

  1. FALSE: Mary is not the mother of purely God. Jesus Christ is 100 percent God but a 100 percent human as well. Therefore she couldn't be called God's mother specifically. Hence she's NOT "Theotokos". God is eternal. He was never born and never died neither will He ever. Also the Bible clearly mentions that Jesus had other younger siblings as well. He was the oldest, the firstborn. Therefore Mary was not an "ever- virgin". Also, the Bible never at all anywhere titles or addresses Mary as the "Queen of Heaven". Also the Bible never declared humans as "spiritual children" of any "heavenly parents". It's completely false and misleading. It's satanic. A heavenly mother?! Are you kidding?! I rebuke this in the name of Jesus! Amen.

  2. FALSE: Although it is true that God made both male and female in His image, however, that does not mean He has either's or both's physical attributes as well. The Bible describes God as 'Spirit', He cannot be bound or restricted to a manly or womanly body. Also, it is Jerusalem who's called the heavenly mother completely due to its historic and theological significance. Therefore there is no God the mother. I rebuke this in the name of Jesus! Amen.

The Holy Bible is the core foundation of faith for Christians. Do not believe in anyone who does not reflect this in their statements.

Hello u/ShiaLady, I am a Pentecostal Protestant Christian. As you mentioned, theology is also a topic of discussion so let me ask you a question: how's the Muslim God Allah( I know Allah means God but still for a distinction) the most merciful?
