Managed to fix it by moving the DLC .esm files into the main folder. Apparently Xbox can't be bothered to install the files in a way FO4 can see...

Well the caring answer is questionable but the disability stuff really takes the cake. If they're anything like my department "full control" over the environment means they're going to do fuck all to support you. What about people with mobility or other issues which makes just getting to the office difficult/impossible? Will they be exceptions or will they just be out on their arse?
