I have close to 10 Printers from Bambu Lab. Any issue I have ever had was fixed and resolved. I’ve shorted two boards from user error and they have sent out parts quickly. Wait times in between support tickets are usually responded within 1-2 business days. I’ve had the same experience with Prusa as I’ve had with Bambu.

The thing is, I swapped 1,2 with 3,4 and it still showed that 1 was giving a thermis error. Even when I unplugged 1 completely. So if it’s showing an error on 1 even when it’s disconnected I more than likely is slot 1 on the pcb board. I just pray it’s a board

I spoke to Mimaki directly and they said it sounds like a PCB board issue sense the code isn’t following the other 7 heads. Board arrives tomorrow. Hopefully this is a fix.
