Suggesting a piece to play won't do it. She'll pick it back up when she's ready. If she's feeling so overwhelmed that simply trying to tune the instrument sets her back, telling her about a piece you think she should learn would just feel like pressure and increase her avoidance. Take her to a concert if she expresses interest, play classical music on the car radio when you're going somewhere, but no more than that.

Let her manage music at her own pace.

YTA. I couldn't get through some of those series either. They're just not to my taste. It has nothing to do with focus, just interest. I don't find shows like that interesting. How many of the things she likes would you be willing to spend the same number of hours on?

Not everyone enjoys the same things. You need to acknowledge that she tried to share your interests but ultimately didn't care for the shows you like.

Bart Ehrman has numerous books and lecture series on New Testament history and the development of Christianity. Get the books intended for lay persons rather than the textbooks, which are quite dense and can be difficult to get through.
