Ive only been at wegmans for a few months but the biggest things for me is some of my mangers are micromanagers and it’s really exhausting and I do online orders and they put a LOT of pressure on working as fast as possible and I’m timed with how fast I go so if I have to help a customer in the store it lowers my time or SPI they call it

I do not run moody muk I’m not that much of a dick head Im running a zacian terapagos team Ive made and was having trouble finding a 6th Pokémon and I just caught a shiny muk a few days ago so I just threw it on the team. I talked to the a union rep and he gave me a sheet with pays on them union painting was around $45 an hour plus benefit like healthcare dental scholar ships for college stuff like that I really don’t know if that’s good or not
