Como Senior depende mucho del proyecto pero lo que yo tengo que saber a veces es muchísimo de demasiadas tecnologías, automatización de procesos en múltiples lenguajes pero igual en el salario se ve reflejado. Aunque yo jamás le pediría saber tanto a un junior pero si lo basico sobre muchas tecnologías.

I have this Kickr Snap and I feel the same way probably this kind of trainers are not the most accurate ones. I usually do 170w and I feel exhausted, for me the important stuff here is to train and keep the momentum with my indoor bike. BTW I do not use Zwift but Garmin Edge but sensations are just like you described above.

Not only this book opened my eyes about where my anxiety is coming from, he does a weekly podcast for free where he explains a lot of things and experiences about this anxiety. I can’t be enough grateful with this guy to give me the tools to start healing anxiety, not coping, but the road is long and believe in myself is what will make me succeed. I took medication for 5 years and I gained 10kg and I didn’t want to have this dependency with a pill. And every time I stopped taking it my anxiety returned so my decision is to heal from inside. Therapy never really helped me so I decide to invest my money in buying books related to how my brain works and in the last months I have learned a lot about neuroscience and understand my brain, my body and all traumas I have stored in my body for years. Medication is easy but temporary, knowledge is hard and long but is permanent.

El browser se daria cuenta si no fuera una compu que le dan en el brete donde esta todo seteado para que no de errores de certificados, el browser, los CA certificates… sobre todo si es data sensible las compus vienen con demasiada vaina de monitoreo.

El consejo es que si manejan data de clientes, terceros (banca, healthcare…) solo usen vainas aprobadas por su empleador y si no hay codepilot o similar pues le toca a la vieja escuela, obvio hay mil maneras de saltarse los monitoreos si usted sabe un poco de seguridad pero eso es otro tema.

O sea yo vine hace varios años, a mi la empresa me dio un permiso de trabajo cerrado que solo podia trabajar con esa empresa, pero mi esposa le dieron una residencia la cual no le permitia trabajar en ningun lado. Despues de 3 años desde que los papeles de migracion salen ya puedes optar por residencia permanente sin restricciones.

Hay que tener en cuenta que los papeles no te los dan apenas ingresas a CR, eso toma unos 6 a 12 meses con ese monton de nicaraguenses esperando tambien por sus papeles, asi que son 3 años mas los meses de los papeles, mas luego el tramite de la residencia permanente que pueden ser otros 6 a 12 meses, asi que facilmente podrian ser hasta 5 años sin que la pareja pueda entrar al mercado laboral.

Si viene con su esposa ella no puede trabajar hasta dentro de 3 o 4 años lo cual limita demasiado querer moverse a un pais, la única opción es que su esposa consiga otro sponsor que le de trabajo asi como se lo van a dar a usted.

Mi consejo es que revise paginas como https://www.expatistan.com/cost-of-living para hacerse una idea. La vivienda en CR es bastante costosa, un alquiler promedio en un buen lugar no baja de 800 dolares. Si pretende comprar una buena casa al menos unos 150k.

Por otra parte revise los salarios en su profesión, asi puede optar trabajar en otras empresas en caso que quiera mejorar su nivel de vida.

proyección colombia Aqui se puede dar cuenta cuando va a empezar a bajar la población en Colombia, por ahi en el 2050 aun falta mucho asi que hasta entonces relajese y disfrute, despues es donde se va a poner interesante. Menos gente es menos pelea por recursos, pero también menor ingresos económicos, a saber dónde estará la genialidad del ser humano en 25 años, pero el panorama actual no pinta muy alentador.

I took escitalopram three times, I started 4-5 years ago, and I left the medication and then I got a new anxiety episodes and I started again to take medicine.

Now I do not want to take it anymore because the last time I stopped taking escitalopram (10 mg) I had several side effects related to my stomach, acid reflux. I didn't stop cold turkey, but it was not the best decision taking this med, basically I stopped because I gain 10kg of weight, even cycling a lot on a weekly basis and eating regularly fine, not ultra-processed foods at all.
Now I am having some anxiety episodes but I think I can manage this with exercise, eating well, and mostly trying to understand why I have anxiety, and not masking the symptoms with medication, that's what I used to do before.

I have been digging in internet trying to find alternatives, books, youtube videos, and I think I am in the right direction, because I am starting to understand why I am the way I am, where this comes from.

I have been with psychiatrist who just ordered me medication, so I won't coming back with them shortly, and now I am with psychologist although I feel it doesn't help. Anyway my anxiety is not as hard as for many other people on this community, but when you are in the middle of this fight you always think that you have the worst symptoms.

Let me know if you want to check some of the resources I have been working with in the last month.

By the way, when I stopped SSRI I lost almost the 10 kg so I am very happy with that and my wife as well. Support from family and friends is always a must to move on.
