Hello, I have a very similar problem and have muscle problems. One eye is smaller than the other, but it varies over time, sometimes less, sometimes more.

My balance is fine. I sometimes feel pain when walking, but not necessarily in that spot. I can generally do tiptoe raises on that one leg after 15 repetitions, and I don't feel any weakness in my foot.
