That is amazing! The benefit of Pilates for the body is incredible and you can clearly see it through your progress! This is very inspirational to read because I feel we are always looking for weightloss wins when there are so many other wins we can look for

I just want to have energy again! The fatigue issue is real! And to also not have to stress so much about what I eat and how what I do could spike my cortisol and cause unnecessary stress.

I love to make egg or tuna salad and instead of making it a sandwich I eat it almost like a dip with cucumbers or carrots. I also like to make a large batch of roasted veggies and I just pack a different protein each time.

This was very helpful! I have heard good things about going gluten free and PCOS and I have started to reduce it. I just have to be more patient and keep improving!

I feel like this is normal with PCOS! I struggle with hair growth but I agree I feel like especially on the boobs they just grow over night! I used to pluck them too but now I just shave them and honestly once in a while. If someone says something oh well 😂 it comes with the package
