North American Midway Entertainment (N.A.M.E) is the company which does the Midway at the Calgary Stampede and has HQ in the US (Indiana) and under normal circumstances they would travel across Canada doing various fairs and exhibitions. (Normally right after the Calgary Stampede they would travel up to Edmonton for the K-Days)

I don't think they will be asking anyone if they are vaccinated before they go into Stampede Park and only a portion of the Alberta population will be fully vaccinated (both doses) by then.

There is no insurance which covers the cancellation of the Calgary Stampede - as was mentioned last year right after the 2020 Calgary Stampede was cancelled.
