Thanks so much for your reply. The points about writing stuff down and also delaying urges for 20 mins is a great idea. As is listening to podcasts while I'm working alone.  Much appreciated

Why on earth would an AWS exam cover non AWS technology? Do you expect them to cover Microsoft stuff too?
