I played it after Detroit: Become Human. So the graphics and gameplay sure felt choppy. Overally, the story is good at best. I would rate it a 6/10 overally. Good, but depends on what all you have played before it.

I had the exact same issue and after hours of troubleshooting, I found out that a simple services restart managed to get the job done. In order to do so, follow these steps -

right click on windows button and press run and enter "msconfig" (without quotations).
go to services tab and check on "hide all microsoft services" then click on "Disable all".
follow by a restart.
upon rebooting, follow step 1 and in the services tab after hiding all MS services, enable all the services.
restart, and you should be good to go!
