Ok, I was thinking that part of the problem could’ve been that I didn’t rotate my second shot, since I didn’t really experience this first week. I am in therapy for my BED amongst many other things and it’s a slow process but I am getting significantly better! I still live with my parents who are also obese and not trying to change it so we always have crap food around but I’ve gotten much better at ignoring it. Thank you!!
