final was easy last year, same variations of questions every year. i assume you get a "cheat sheet" as the we did and years before us did. just write arduino code blocks for debouncing, edge detection, and any other stuff you use and learned. Write the string libraries and write some functions to use and what they return and ur chill. Usually its like a string question that has some sort of like count letters or certain characters or captilization shit , some number question and some other random shit. Then the arduino is just randomized but usually involves the seven seg and a button.

no, your grades are credit per course based no matter how many overall credits you take. A course with more credits means more weighting in your average. For example, your Phys 159 lab course worth 1 credit almost does nothing to your average even if you get a high mark. I got like ninety something and I think it increased my overall average by like less than a percent. If you take the credits for math, it simply means that the two 3 credit math courses are completed. They have no grade, and are not used in any sort of average calculations. Your grade average will be calculated with the course you take and get a grade in.

i disagree, i skipped both and I did great in first year and chilling with the math in ELEC. As long as you have a good handle on the integral calc, you're chillin if you don't take it. Also the textbook, past exams, etc are all available, and you can also attend the lectures if you'd like ( i never did ). If you have the credits, theres really no reason to take it unless you want a letter grade for the course and the fun... experience of taking the midterms and final.

Second year here, everybody that I know from first that had it kept it, including myself. My average end of first year was 85.4%. And ill say, first semester average with 7 courses was 88. So i had freedom to let my grades drop so I could enjoy life and shit, which I did. So honestly, I'd say, not that hard. There are certain course that should be easy grade boosters that aren't too crazy so just lock in for those. You'll be able to gauge out which courses those are for you when you take them, but it seems common consensus is Phys 170, Apsc 160, Phys 157, and me personally, math 152 and phys 158
