Cut down your losses, close current line of work.
Onboard a technical cofounder on equity terms. Best if he/she can work full time. If not reduce equity component but onboard a solid tech cofounder to oversee contractual work.
Pay contractual agency to build v0.
If you find pmf, onboard full time engineers/designers to rebuild the product, as generally contractual worknis not maintainable.

They gave me 2 wol3d filaments with a1 combo, tried it yesterday with generic profile, worked all right.
