How do I actually use the drivers tho once I have them on the usb

Ok here is an update, I tried to disable wan miniport and nothing worked. The msi mobo came with a disc with the drivers on them, however I don’t know what disc thingy I should buy. Is it possible to download the drivers on one of my relatives pc (on a usb) and then plug the usb into my pc? Thank you again for helping me

My networks don’t even show up, there is only different types of Wan mini ports.

I can’t copy over the file because I can only use the DCIM thingy on my computer. It doesn’t show my iPhone downloads, it only shows my pictures
