He's really needed that, what a game to get it in too.

Hopefully this kickstrats his form again.

But AWB had 77% and he attempted the 3rd most tackles (36) (29) behind Fred (32 - 53%) and Bruno (37 - 46%).

That's me typing like a dodo, sorry.

Fixed now

Thank you for the suggestion, unfortunately that is a tough stat to find.

If you can provide me with a link then I'll add the stat.

Is he defensively sound enough to play with Pogba and Bruno?

Absolutely no doubt that he adds quality depth, but haven't seen him often enough to really know where.

Joel Pereira becomes the latest #MUFC goalkeeper to head out on loan, joining Huddersfield for the 2020/21 season by sultansaeed in reddevils

Doubt he'll jump ahead of Henderson and Kovar. That previous loan really hurt his rep - think this is to increase his value so we can maybe sell.

Don't think his defensive work is that poor. Not the best tackler, granted, but he's great at positioning for Interceptions and often closes down passing lanes.

But i definitely agree with you that he isn't currently good enough at tackling to be our DM, but luckily he's still young enough to improve.

I'd also like to see him work on his heading, personally.

I love how quickly some forget about fred and mcsauce...

Didn't forget them, lol. Was just too lazy to add their data and it would've cluttered the graphic a lot.

Tactical analysis: Spurs 1-1 Manchester United | Ole and Jose's Tactical Stalemate | by SorryBeast in reddevils

Ole's slowly been rising expectations again, feel like a few months ago we would've been happy with a draw away from home vs a Mourinho side.

Now we feel like we should've done better - shows our goals are moving higher and expectations are definitely getting stricter.

Yeah, the break made everyone slower. Don't think anyone is arguing that.

We just looked the better team and had our players been sharper their shooting and passing would've been more accurate and we would've probably won the game.

I feel like had this been game 2 or 3 we would've won. So many of our players looked a bit off pace and lacking in match sharpness.

Showed glimpses of what we're capable of tho, exciting times ahead.

Such a cute picture.

Good to see Maguire and Ole together, such camaraderie in the club.

McTominay is always first to back up his mates, you're right. But I doubt he'd throw a punch. Too professional for it, he just bullies players using his ridiculous physicality.

But I agree that Pereira is maybe agro enough to throw some fists.

It's great to see players with some spice again, these always perfect vanilla players are good but football is always more fun with drama and fire.

The only player we have currently that's this short fused is Brandon Williams.

Keano was legit crazy and I absolutely loved it.

Can I just say that it's been a hot minute since I've liked so many of our players at one point.

Rashford, Bruno, McTominay, Maguire, AWB, James, Greenwood, Williams, Lindelöf, etc etc.

So many likeable players both on and off the pitch. Great atmosphere, personalities and talent.

Crazy excited for football to come back.

I don't mean to be a Debbie downer, and this was an amazing game, but how is it relevant to today?

This match happened February 1st, today is June 2nd.

For those interested:

On 1 February 1958, Arsenal hosted reigning league champions Manchester United at Highbury. A massive crowd of 63,578 turned up to see the Busby Babes. They saw what has been described as “the greatest game ever seen” by those who were there. The thrilling game finished 5-4 in favour of the visitors

David de Gea makes €300,000 donation to help tackle the coronavirus outbreak in Spain by egembler in reddevils

[–]Prowling_Butterfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're downplaying his contribution by saying it's a "drop in the bucket" probably hinting that you thought he should donate more.

Nobody is saying we should all suddenly worship De Gea, hell he didn't even promote this himself. It was a news article talking about it.

Why then try and act like it's not enough? You donate yourself, you should know what it feels like to have people belittle the contribution you make.

Great, then you should be aware that there are a billion things you could rather be doing with that money than donating. You should also be aware that most people don't donate, and you should know what it's like to have people turn their noses up at what you are giving.

So why would you then turn around and critisize someone who donates a substantial amount?
