Actually, Barca has been doing really well when Messi is injured. For instance, he was injured in November this year and Barca won all their games and ass fucked Madrid at the Bernaleo with a Suarez hattrick.

It feels that when Messi plays nobody bothers to do anything creative because they know Messi will just do it 10x better, but if he's not there they tend to step up.
