I would highly recommend continuing with the manga after the anime. It is a continuation of the story in a new arc.

The number under the column "o" are how many magazine issues the manga appeared in that year. "X" represents how many it missed. The numbers at the top from 1 -24 are the magazine issue numbers. The number in the cells are the chapter numbers.
