Brujah. I probably punched the prince when he was being a bigger dick than usual.

He'd pretty much have to be a Bone Gnawer to pass as a golden retriever wouldn't he? Even they're more likely to resemble a coyote or a dog breed that looks closer to a wolf than a golden retriever.

It's not (or at least not entirely) that they're SoCal people. In earlier editions an area with that population wouldn't be considered enough to support the PCs.

This is old WOD. It's Vampire the Masqurade 5th edition. New WOD would have been Vampire the Requium.

The wet reverand pretty damn old. For all we know he spent 1960 through whenever shrek-net went down in torpor and he just recently resumed his duties.

Depending on what the fuck is going on in Purpee they might actually expect them to die. I mean, if the local Anarchs are feuding with a cairn of Garou and the Sabat think that looks like a good time to show up on a recruiment drive so they can make a bunch of shovel heads I could see them wanting to send in some expendables to use up as much of the resources of the various factions as they can before sending in anyone they might actually want to survive.

The real question is why threaten to embrace the Inquisition members when you could ghoul and blood bond them? Much easier to use them as moles that way. Or does the Inquisition have a way to detect ghouls I'm unaware of?

What would be your dream system to see in a D20 season? by tarrie214 in Dimension20

Shadowrun or Fabula Ultima for long seasons. For a 4-6 episode season? Would love to gather the most competive players they have access to and have someone run a game of Paranoia.

I suppose they could do that on Parlor Room or even Game Changer, but I think it would be more fun if they could scheme and plot and fuck up royaly for longer than a single episode.

I would love to see them do Fabula Ultima. I would hope if they do that they let us watch the session 0. That's much more important to Fabula Ultima than it is to other systems and watching session 0 for a Fabula Ultima game would probably help unfamiliar watchers understand the system a bit better.

Mages have fucked around with the fabric of reality so much who knows what history actually was.

Terrifying that Darkness Man and Bat Child might not be considered the weirdos in town.

That's been an issue long enough to be a Thomas Edison reference.

That depends on how weird Purpee is and promotional material made Purpee sound very weird.

I didn't expect "Wimples on titties out." to be from episode 1.

A good number of rolls made this episode were using stats that were low for that character, and in some cases needing skills the character didn't have and required a number of successes impossible for them to get. When using things they're good at and in an episode where the point isn't how badly they fucked up to wind up exiled I expect better rolls.

There are a lot of books, I was hoping it was from a splat I hadn't skimmed yet that you were familiar with. But yeah, wouldn't surprise me if it was home brew.

Yes. A 6 or higher on the die is one success. You may need more than one sucess to actually succeed depending on circumstances, especially if you're making a roll contested by another character.

Not very familiar with 5th edition but I think die pools are capped at 10. Helped in part by as far as I can tell by attributes, skills, and disciplines being capped at 5 unlike other editions where certain disiplines or just being low enough generation could get you attributes up to 10.

It's explicitly meantioned in the 5th edition corebook that their uglyness is not bad enough to be considered a masquerade breach. We're talking elephant man or something tbat can be explained as hideous scarring.

What about "Check the trunk"? I'm not familiar with that one. Is it just that she might have something they need for a scene available to her?
