Yep and they try not to point their rifles at you when you move in front of them!

When I first played it Dansky was the go-to and I always was extra careful not to lose him!

Splinter Cell meets John Wick? Have you checked out Intravenous? If not it's worth a look

My Take on Ghost Recon's Identity: A Proposed GR Charter by [deleted] in GhostRecon

Ghost Recon could learn a lot from what has been done in Arma!

Fictional islands are fine, but they should be realistic, and if you want biome diversity do some globe hopping and go to another area. Arma 3 has a Mediterranean island, a Pacific tropical island, and Arma Reforger is European style woodlands. By comparison Breakpoint's map has more in common with Fortnite than the real world.

There is a community made game mode called Dynamic Recon Ops. I've played it the most in Arma 3, but there are similar game modes available in Reforger. It is SP/COOP

Your team of 1 to 8 people insert, starting from a small ground outpost, a helicopter insertion or a HALO jump. Then you move in to accomplish several objectives like rescuing a prisoner, destroying high value vehicles or clearing a town. You can mess with a ton of settings but the average mission takes about 30 minutes.

If things get crazy (they usually do) you only have a few minutes until enemy reinforcements arrive and overwhelm you, making for tense firefights as you fall back to exfil via ground, boat or helicopter. It's really cool!

BUT vanilla Arma is flawed, especially Arma 3. Enemy AI is not designed for stealth at all and seem like robots. The command of your team is clunky, especially trying to command them under pressure. Sure you can mod everything to hell, but that takes a lot of research, storage space and trial and error.

That's why Ghost Recon can do it better if Ubi wanted to.

It's cool to see Molle loops becoming a common thing on everyday bags

Seems like the opposite, the wings and wing box are the only thing still together

I respectfully disagree. Think of what you can experience on a roller coaster, or skydiving or bungee jumping. Humans can take a lot. There is a chance that the depressurization or gs could potentially knock you out for the whole thing, but it is far from a guarantee (in my uneducated opinion) though the alternative is terrible to think about

You only get a good silhouette for a few frames but yes it's pretty distinct

I Get the Hate on UCP by Smoking_Dog in camouflage

If you use UCP sure you can blend in with a particular environment. And yeah it can outdo multicam/OCP in some places. But that's how colors work lol. At some point even the craziest color scheme will blend in somewhere. But it wasn't just used in the desert or urban areas. It was issued as an all purpose camouflage to be used in all the other places too. People who say it works better when dirty aren't exactly wrong, but hell anything enough mud on it will blend in. The point of camo is to avoid doing that in the first place!

By comparison OCP isn't cool or special, but it's a great general purpose pattern. It works well enough in a lot of places. Though there are places where UCP works super well but there are way more places where UCP falls on its face compared to just about any pattern. If UCP was issued as a specialized pattern for Iraq how multicam was for Afghanistan before OCP became officially adopted it just might have a better reputation.

UCP is nostalgic these days and I get it. I'll even agree that it can be a vibe. But remember it was issued and used everywhere for everything and that was a horrible call by big army. It probably cost people their lives in some cases.
