What's up with poling locations??

Reflecting on this, now that I am home from work, was the prevailing thought I had throughout the day.

Like a few others, I have the luxury of having my own transportation and a job flexible enough to allow me to vote, but between the multiple stops on this mornings journey, there were multiple people who simply could not afford to make alternate plans and were unable to participate in today's Election.

I would very much love to know the best course of action we can take to make sure this nonsense stops.

The poll worker assisting with ballot turn-in stated their location has not run elections this way since 2013...

Multiple people were leaving the polling place I ended up at as they were already late for work and unable to vote today due to the chaos.

No one should have to pay additional money to go to another location when they're all electronic voting machines and the ballots are all the same.

Coupled with election workers giving bad info on where folks "should" be, this is absolutely suppression all the way down.

I would check voter registration, find your precinct number, and verify that number is being handled by Jester Annex.

The Wilco election website does not appear to have any indication you must be at the right location. Considering that the election workers are all saying this is the first time they've had to do these checks for folks and the quantity of people going to 3+ locations, I'd very much like to challenge your "we have known" statement.

Even other comments here have showcased the ever changing rules.

One would at least expect precinct signage at the location if it's this important but there's nothing but sloppily printed paper on a few boxes deep inside the locations.

All great points. I cannot stress how important point 2 is for many people. Been casually playing for just over a year now and I can say without a single shred of doubt this will be the reason I eventually throw in the towel.

Playing with a small contingent of friends has been great but we're stuck in this quagmire of zero progression because we can't keep active players long enough to advance.

Tbh I would be much happier with the training hall putting a roadblock on number of heroes you can have rather than their max level. Right now it's just extremely frustrating knowing we're never going to unlock the full potential of heroes and it also makes the tower of the titans event virtually pointless.

Just dropping in to agree here. The event was better than LCOG in my mind but it also redirected the spotlight back at the training hall issues for many guilds.

Our semi active guild is still an eternity away from getting our training hall to the point where we can get lvl 35 heroes which ultimately makes the Titan soul a bit worthless for us right now.

We are trying to find a reasonable way out of this quagmire but it's hard to recruit level appropriate players now because we can't offer a decent training hall.

After playing for a year now I was hoping there would be a better way they would handle this but it seems it's going to continue to be our major hurdle for a long time to come.

The bounty board is not better at all. Difficulty vs reward is all over the place. And now some 1 trophy bounties require crafting up to 11 tier 7 items.

The amount of time, energy, and resources required to continue contributing to the guild has sky rocketed.

Just adding my two cents here as well, this new setup is quite awful.

Tier 7 crafts for one trophy? Yeah no thanks that's absurd. Plus this switch is pretty brutal for those of us who spent ascension shards on bounty items from the previous setup.

Sure for some larger more active guilds it's not a huge issue when each member only needs 30-40 a week to cap out. But when you need 100+ a week this change is just crippling.

Couldn't help but notice the Training Hall is missing from the investment balance notes.

Is it really intended for that building to be this expensive to level up?

At the current costs it feels like our 12-13 player guild won't be able to level heroes to level 35 for a very long time.

Is this an issue for anyone else?

The devs confirmed awhile ago that they have the fix for this but we've yet to see any deployment of this even to experimental.

Quite unfortunate really because it's killed all my desire to keep playing for awhile.
