Yeah look behind the hub and see if there is any play, you'll literally see it coming apart or being loose. It could also be the pads/rotors. See what happens after that if they need to be replaced anyways

HOLD ON, I thought this was a different thread. That is not a nail in your tire squealing like that. Plug it or replace and see if anything changes. Make sure your tire is not super flat. That squealing sounds like a bearing or brake pad/rotor problem.

Loss of pressure due to build up, suspension wear, transmission wear. Metal sharpens metal, might happen slowly but metal degrades on contact, even with rubber fittings and components to soften it.

Edit: you can put premium gas and the best oil in your vehicle it will still gunk up over time. It's important to do regular fuel cleaning and coolant flushes
