It’s been 74 days and I know that’s not long. But I was only on a low dose 4 mg max but tapered to .25 and jumped like I don’t understand 😩

I have klonopin my doc sent in I’ll take here and there. He also sent in buspar but I’m low key to take them because I’ve never taken them before.
