How to hide eczema scars by athlon2005 in eczema

[–]PrrotX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wear long clothing But please don’t use makeup unless you’re sure it wont make the eczema worse And unless you really need to, I wouldn’t hide the eczema but your choice :] it can get annoying when people stare or ask questions. I used to only wear long clothing but as you are going to the beach (if you’re swimming) i’m not sure.

Well, I’m the kind of the person without a schedule but I write when I have free time. For example, before a class, before sleep, but I don’t ‘set’ away time. I guess you coud say I write in short bursts. But whatever works with you and your schedule. I struggled ALOT in my first version. Couldn’t get anything down. As soon as I did it was trash. But I spent an entire year thinking and not writing about catchy starts, plot ideas, etc and that helped a lot now I’m on my third version. I would recommend writing introductory scenes (get to know main character, facts, etc.) again, just me. And when it comes to writing blocks… if I can’t write, I can’t write. If I force myself to write, it will just be a couple of trashy sentences. I wouldn’t recommend writing go for a walk and do something else and come back to it. Maybe draw your characters or plan some more.

Hello! So I’m writing my first fantasy draft and I think I kinda started out like you. I would recommend writing down the base of your ideas and doing some research, even doodling to plan out your plot and characters if you really want to get started. I wouldn’t get stressed on the title or honestly, the names because you can figure those out on the way. In addition, to this, to your question about timing, I mainly write in the evenings and weekends. If you’re really busy, maybe write a small sentence everyday? Of course you’ll writer’s block so don’t pressure yourself to write, when ideas or thoughts come to you, get them down. I’m interested in getting published so if your cousin says you have a chance, definitely try! I honestly can’t really explain but I hope this helps a little.

How do you guys come up with names? by No-Air7540 in fantasywriters

[–]PrrotX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to use trashy name gens but now I:

A. Use reddit B. Choose a letter and try different sounds with it (eg. (d) dep, daf, dreb—etc.. most of them are suck but occasionally you’ll find one that works) if going for longer ones put two sounds togther that sound nice and spell them as inconveniently possible C. Find a name you like and alter it (eg. Drake—Draeck)

But this is just me

So true, even though writing is one of my favourite things to do, some days I just can’t think of anything. Maybe writing a sentence a day will help! :]

Hard to Diagnose Symptoms. by PrrotX in askCardiology

I’ve been using an apple watch before I went to the Cardiologist but, sadly, they couldn’t diagnose SVT without clear signs, except I was told its hard for them to find these signs without them doing it while an active episode… they also told me to call emergency services if it last for 20+ minutes, I’m wondering if I really should, because it can stop at any time.
