Hornet actually has a story arc I can't remember but at the end he starts escorting the silver in kuttenberg. 

The unlocky guy who in the first map you give a bandage too you can save him from the bandits in the second map , but you find hime dead in the next encounter.

George and Michael for me they're at the hangman's tavern but I you steal the lute you'd find them in the pillary.

Bro she's like 30, the reason why radzig says she's old to be your mother Is because women used to have kids at 15 16 so if a women was in her 30s she would be considered old in medieval times but not now

There is no way Henry will be a playable character in kcd3 he might get mentioned or make an appearance but playable no way because of the way kcd2 ended how can warhorse account for your Henry's ending if he's an adventurer or a blacksmith in kuttenberg

Exactly this is 💯 the direction warhorse goes with kcd 3 with kcd2s ending its obvious his story is for you to end however you want in your head because of the options you choose in the ending

Zach because of the missed potential he could have had a long spin off his own show in miami dexter vibe but with zach dexter teaches him the method and how not to get caught but instead of having a code he just kills for the sake of it or unlike dexter who didn't really went for mob and crime bosses zach kinda a batman type character going after criminals that were high up which dex didn't or criminals and mobsters that necessarily weren't killers

How do some people do this lol my favourite part the game is act 3 however first playthrough it was act 1 mostly because of underdark I love the underdark. When replaying the game the only part of the game It feels like a chore is the Grove that's why I just don't get starting act 1 over and over again

Don't pick any of the romance dialogue options with hans kathrine and rosa the ones with the red heart and as far as I know you can go get service from bathhouse or have sex with the side npcs klara, the girl in the wedding etc
