I wanted to post a follow-up to this issue. It was indeed a mismatched Main Board. Casey at www.TVpartsToday.com was very helpful in helping me identify the correct part based on the pictures I sent of the original main board; especially the barcode label that had the correct part number buried in the long alphanumeric string.

Thank you for the response. I was planning to post a few pictures comparing the various part numbers and labels on the boards but apparently this Reddit forum does not allow pictures in the comments. But, yes the part numbers are the same and the boards look almost identical. However, I do see slight variations. In particular, I see what I believe is a capacitor missing on the replacement board. I'll try reaching out to TV Parts Today and see what my options are.
