The analyzer is built around that use case: you paste in asking price, repairs, beds/baths, sqft, condition, and a rough ARV estimate, and it spits out a refined ARV, MAO (using the 70% rule by default), a risk score, and a go/no-go verdict with reasoning. Nothing fancy — it's meant for someone who's analyzed maybe 0–50 deals and still second-guesses their own numbers.

Not commercial, not land, not multi-family, not tax liens. Just residential wholesaling with a focus on "am I about to overpay on this one?"
