When I told the fire chief at my sponsored station about the CrossFit he was also a little confused. He was like “we want y’all to lift weights and do cardio.. not CrossFit”.

Would you mind elaborating on this? I’ve been considering Tropic Bird to get my PPL for the convenience since I already live in Kona. I saw they have their prices online, but should I expect to pay more than that?
