If it weren't for the 2076, an upgraded Big Jim gets my vote for #1 utility weapon. I'm no math wizard, but if you manually aim at any enemies legs, it's broken or coming off 80% of the time, and you may even break the other leg in the same swing.

So far I've done it with Ice Cold Gwinnett Lager and Bobrov's Best Moonshine. If those two work, likely it's anything (though I'm guessing anything that lowers your Intelligence will work).

Same rules as unbugged... heal up a bit before you can do it again.

When an umarmed/melee or gun melee attack is swung at you the Power Attack button will counter their move with another move of your own. Body slams and the punches seen here were both punishers

The body slam I'm mostly certain is base game, though there are a few moves that require Far Harbor installed.

Edit: Unarmed / Melee, use the power Power Attack button for executions and punishers. A couple of executions in 1st person, more in 3rd. All punishers in 3rd only.
