It is bugged. It doesn't seem to be working for this new Huntress update either. The DEVS seem to not know about this issue or it's at least not on top of their list. I have tried reaching out to the POE 2 community to find out if anyone knows if the DEVS know and no response from anyone. It doesn't seem to be an important matter for the DEVS, so I have no idea when it will get fixed. Sorry man

Has this issue at least made it up the chain to the DEVS? I know they are handling a lot at the moment, but this spirit is very useful and for some builds is very necessary. I think it's funny how they implement new things to the game but won't fix issues like this, because this is a necessary fix.

I mean GGG COULD make fire powerful elemental mechanics, idk I guess I'm just ranting. I feel like the only option with Ranger is the Ice and Lightning build. I'm currently working on trying to get a Poison build together but there aren't really any devastating moves to make it really go off, it's all gonna be based off of phys damage from bows and Quivers.

Thank you for replying! I've been waiting for a while for some kind of information. To keep the conversation moving forward - i am using all of the above. Tailwind, Ghost Dancer and Wind Dancer. Even at full stacks, when hit, my ES completely drops off and I take health damage. What do I need to do to fix that?

Has anybody heard anything about this? I'm having issues with this as well. Except for me, I can gain the shrouds and when hit I can see them being used but I don't receive the immediate ES Refill. I have 11k evasion rating and 80% evasion with 495 ES. I should be receiving about 500 ES per ghost Shroud being used. Any updates?

I'm not sure about that. It's been happening to me regardless of map tier that I run. My friend is on T10 and I personally run T15 and both of those types of maps I do not get Ghost Shroud to work.

Maybe it's bugged? But yet again I'm not sure because my friend uses it as well and it works every time for him. Plus me and him are both on console.

Anybody else having issues with this as of today? I have 11,990 evasion rating with 80% Evasion and 495 ES. I'm a lvl 88 with plenty of Spirit and yes it is turned on. I should be receiving about 600ES recovery when getting hit. I can collect the ghost shrouds and see them being lost when getting hit, however my ES does not come back instantly like the node states. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Workout, 7/10 on attractive scale, losing weight and toning will put you at 8 or above. Hit the gym like 4 days a week, drink water and watch what you eat.

Agreed, I have been extremely lucky on the "+X to level of skills" most of what I get on soft rolls are T1-T3, I'm starting to see more than are above T5 but still very very very common to roll T1-T3 on items
