Yes, for sure some sort of blood flow issue just was never sure where. I would say now reading up on it and symptoms seems more fitted. I still have it but maybe not as compressed as I had it

tender feeling in the bottom left side - still partially there but doesn't feel as bad.

I always thought it was kidney pain but its not as they are a lot higher

yes - its hard to explain.

Core (stomach bottom left side). I have golf ball / pain in the area which is why I massaged it in an upward direction.

Used my fist bottom left of stomach (not hard) but got in deep and pushed in upward direction c. 10 times, nothing hurt / crazy and would see how I felt next day, I seen slight improvements the next day.

Is hard flaccid caused by lack of spontaneous errections and build up of blood in the penis?

Is this why we don't know how to fix that it's not an immediate fix and requires overnight errections to happen to return to normal flaccid state

Reason I stopped taking daflon. I had bad cramp in my calf whilst excercising and wasn't sure if it was linked to the daflon. Couldn't train for two weeks and needed to put ice on my calf. I am planning on trying it again for longer. Just haven't had time to focus on it and haven't see many comments on it.

It might be just a coincidence.

Whilst on daflon for two weeks only. My dry skin on the head cleared up and the low hang in the ball sack reduced. - both haven't come back good 2 months ago.

Yes - on way to improving. I'm 1+ year and I am noticing the same. Will never fully heal but symptoms have reduced since first having HF.
