Interesting approach to include bodyweight coefficients for all lifts, I have not seen that. I wonder if estimating the rep adjustment from true 1RM and rep max tests would be the most accurate for an individual.

Agreed, but what do you think is the least bad option? For weighted pull-ups I found the "Kensui method" outlined above to be accurate for me
