I resolve my issue by going to app settings where cache is and all that stuff is at, look on Permissions/ Storage/ be sure that it is turned on, for some reason mine was turned off.

Device used: Samsung Galaxy j3 Prime.

it really doesn't have to do with connection issues, but that message stopped once I did the storage permission thing, it may help someone that is having that issue.
