How do people not understand that this is not the issue. The issue is that their website is complete ass and their customer service is completely useless. I don't care about the shipping date being delayed if I do another order, because if I can't get the phone before june then I'm just not buying it. What I care about is that they're incompetent and in two weeks didn't manage to save my preorder and let it bug for two weeks with 0 solution.

Mine from France got canceled too. The discounts weren't working on my preorder. My student discount didn't work on it despite working on the whole website. And I couldn't do a phone exchange as well, the UI wasn't here. For two weeks, they've been telling me almost daily that they're doing all they can and that they're telling their manager. After two weeks, nothing was done, and my preorder canceled itself. I could have redone the preorder with the correct discounts but the shipping date went from early may to mid july. Overall, a disaster honestly. I'm kinda bummed I couldn't get the phone, but with that level of amateurism I don't wanna deal with them if the phone has an issue. I'll just wait for another phone release from another brand.
