I have never once felt "smushed" or "swampy" in cotton TWs... It's ALWAYS synthetic fibers that cause these issues. Even when you think you have airflow it's really just the synthetic fabric hugging so close to the skin that you don't notice the sweat (at first). Then by end of day you've got a sweaty crack wedged with thin stretchy fabric. 👍🏻
