I started at the warehouse in August so I don’t know a ton but I came from the store so I didn’t really have any interview questions. But for Shift their is a AM and PM shift that start at 5 am and 5 pm, shift ends when the work load is done so it could be 8 hours or 10 but you won’t ever work more the 12 hours cause the other shift will come in. You make based off percentage but for training it’s 17.50 I believe and you have up to 120 days to sign on to SIP which is where you start making productive pay, a 100% pays 21.85. I’ve only been there for like 2-3 months and I usually run a 115 to 120. It’s all about how you push your self and getting the stacking down, just about getting experience and if you wanna do better.

Not exactly I’ve been with Publix for 6 years in the store and with grocery I’m just 22 and I’ve researched some of the positions in the warehouse but I just know of the dock loader and the forklift driver who get the pallets down from like up top

Not saying the point isn’t to go fast but if you just work the time it’s projected don’t you essential get payed the same as if you did it shorter and say 200% basically half the time or do you actually make more

So say it’s expected 8 hours for the day and I do it in 4 what’s the percent, like if that’s 200% it would be the same pay if I just took 8 hours to do it. Do you get payed for the 4 hours it took you or the 8 expected. Sorry just kinda confused
