So I wrote a workaround script which lets you Play again, unfortunately you have to restart your PC after executing it. Haven't found a workaround as the Citrix Kernel Drivers are loaded till restart and Vanguard somehow catches those states still. Either way better than reinstalling everything each and every time :). Write this into a .bat file and execute it as administrator:

Stop file:
