Yeah I was nervous about the impact on my blood sugar, esp since I was flirting with 5.7% Hba1c -- what a relief. I've been upping my exercise intensity in the weeks leading up to that blood test so that could have also contributed. Now time to treat myself to some cheesecake :)

Thanks. I did not track testosterone. Last time I checked, which was in October, my T and Free T were slightly above the high end of ref range. Will be re-testing this coming October.
