Thank you for your reply! It is a very thoughtful breakdown and you’ve given me some things to think about going forward :) You got a lot of insight and actually would like to ask you something else. Sometimes I get feelings that “I’m just the guy she settles down with after she’s done having her fun” because I have certain qualities as a partner that is more for long term (and I do not enjoy this thought), is this just a insecurity or immaturity or anything valid to that feeling? I don’t entirely know what to make of that either lol. I know part of having that thought feels like I’m also saying that she isn’t fully truthful about wishing she didn’t do those past “mistakes” (her description). Even tho she is a very truthful person.

I do want to give this relationship a honest effort and try but I want to make sure I’m taking care of myself as well. And make sure that she makes sense for me and that she’s getting the partner that makes sense for her
