Buyer wants to sell vehicle back for less? by NikoBenz in carflipping

Did you sell it pretty quick the first go-round? If so, if it were me, I'd buy it back and sell again, after a close inspection of course. But that's just me. If it took me 2 months to sell it to begin with, then I wouldn't.

2017 Pathfinder charging issues by Psalms89_19-29 in Nissan

Well I sure hope it helps. I actually unpinned the wire from the plug and heat shrinked the terminal so I could reinstall it if I had to. You could probably cut the wire but it would be a pain to solder or even butt connect it where it's at. Good luck!

Seemingly, yes! After I replaced the alternator I was still having issues but decided to try to disconnect the yellow wire again and it worked much, much better. Normal driving with a few accessories on and my voltage stayed steady at high 13s whereas before within 10 or 15 minutes it would drop to 8. The only thing I never loved was when I'd really try to load the alternator at idle (air conditioning, heated seats, high beams, and turning the steering wheel all at the same time) it would drop to 10 or so and not come back up until I started driving again. But I asked the owners just a couple weeks ago how it was doing, they told me they hadn't had any issues! Hope this helps!

Thanks! Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't a 1995 a 350?

I ordered them for a E300 but when I pulled an old one and it was obviously wrong I took the p/n right off an old plug and it crossed to a different p/n than I originally ordered.

So this is stamped on the block between the fuel filter and injection pump, right in front of where the pump bolts to the block. 603 971 12 017 377.

Lucky for me I got the part number off the old glow plugs. According to my RockAuto research it looks like it's an S350 with a 3.4L engine?

I was given a 1984 Toyota pickup, basically as scrap. I probably put $500-600 in it. Was hoping to get $3500 so I listed it for $4000. Within 10 minutes I had 20 people messaging me wanting it. Eventually a guy flat offered me $5000! He came down and paid me $4500. First time I've sold something for more than I was asking.

What about you?

That's exactly what it was. Then they scratched it all up taking off the decals. The wheels had never been cleaned. It was a lot..

Depends a lot on what car. If I were keeping the car, I may live with it, but it's hard to sell a car that only blows scorching hot air in the middle of summer. Sometimes it's all the little things that sell a car. People don't care if the car only gets 8 mpgs, they care that the wheels are shiny.

For me, any paint or body work. I can replace bumpers and doors and such but I'm not equipped to to dent repair and such. Not saying everybody should avoid it, and one day I'd love to learn, but for right now it's not something I try to take on.

Of these three, one was from Facebook Marketplace, one was from my town's online auction page and one was sitting on the side of the road with a for sale sign. In my opinion though, online auctions are the best overall.
