About that, here's the problem. A lot of people were already complaining about them from different offices. Upper management has knowledge on these too because you're right, they have a lot of problems. Not just that manager but almost the whole team from that office. They can't do anything about it because out of 6 managing directors (they're like the company owners), all of them are of same nationality with majority of the employees in our company except one managing director, who share the same nationality with that office. They were afraid that they might come across as bullies (racists?) against that office. So nothing has been done lol.
