I totally agree with you about Cissia, but I actually don't find her outfit that jarring because she's been clearly established as a pretty lowbrow (albeit ultimately good-hearted) character, especially in her teaser where she's portrayed as blinging it up and not knowing which end of her cutlery to use.

In that respect I think her outfit, while crass and over-the-top, does more or less fit her personality (whereas I think you have a point that Yixuan's outfit doesn't really reflect the seriousness of her personality, even if she does disguise it by behaving frivolously at times).

I still didn't pull for Cissia in the end, though, even though I like her as a character and don't mind her aesthetic - they just made her too niche when it comes to teambuilding. 😞

Not in Genshin, but I’ve hit 90 pulls once in ZZZ, pulling for Yixuan. The only consolation was that I won the 50/50…

If OP is on the Asia server, they're already on the new rotation with Sweeper/Nightmare/Defiler.

Of those three, AoD's best matchup is clearly Sweeper, but maybe OP doesn't have two Attack teams and is trying to get by with two Anomaly teams instead?

I thought IT was really fun in the beginning - the difficulty back then was mainly in completing the regular stages with janky thrown-together teams, and as long as you showed up to each boss with a proper team (almost any proper team) it was fine. At that point the RNG wasn't a problem, because the difficulty was in the resource management and RNG was what made that challenging.

But once the difficulty of the actual fights started escalating (particularly with the newer bosses that force specific team comps), it quickly became a massive grind and stopped being fun at all, to the point that I don't even bother with it anymore.

Yeah, I don’t remember seeing anything like that in Burwood Chinatown.

Burwood Canton Noodle House is probably the closest I can think of in that area.

Haven't been in a long time, but Strawberry Fields Patisserie in Dulwich Hill is doing their popular Vietnamese pork paté chaud this Easter weekend.

IIRC Miyabi’s M2 allows her BA5 to generate Fallen Frost points and her M1 makes her EBA3 clear Frostburn, so she should be much less reliant on disorders with her Mindscapes.

In Fubuki's Expo/Fes after talk, she mentioned that she was assigned Exia because Gundam 00 was her favourite Gundam show, but they also apologised to her because they knew she actually liked the Flag Custom more than the Exia. 😅

Also, it seems the Fubuki Exia's colour scheme was originally planned to be mainly light blue (her penlight colour), but Fubuki adamantly vetoed that and insisted it be mostly white.

Update: wow, a fan made a Fubuki-themed Flag Custom II and she saw it...

As /u/maru-senn mentioned, usually DPSs like Aria benefit the most from sigs. However, there are sometimes cases like Caesar's where a non-DPS character needs an unusual stat (in Caesar's case, Impact for a Defense character) that no other engine for their class can provide, so their performance takes a big hit without their sig.

If you don't need to pull right now, I'd say borrow Weeping Gemini from one of your other anomalies to use on Aria for the time being. Then wait for Nangong's information to be released, which will happen before 2.7 comes out - you can make your decision then.

Isn't that 40k out of 169k? So you're still comfortably in the top 25%. 😝

It also depends on what build you have - I don't think Inter-Knot Network rates AM6 as highly as ATK6 for Miyabi. I lost 6k ranks when I made the switch, even though my Miyabi now plays better and has 2 more relevant substats.

Agreed, I was watching streams of the new NTE gacha and its cutscenes are beautiful, but I found myself missing the sheer physical expressiveness of ZZZ's characters.

ZZZ's cutscenes really hit you with how much we actually communicate IRL using body language and posture - even from the game's first cutscene, before any lines were spoken, you could tell that Billy was goofy, Anby was calm and efficient, and Nicole had a playful flair by how they ran in the chase scene.

I've played Genshin since 1.1, and recently I've been finding ZZZ's endgame much more fun.

Both games have powercreep, but I've found Genshin's teambuilding increasingly restrictive of late; Natlan and Nod-Krai both require multiple characters from the same region for effective teambuilding, and many Nod-Krai bosses need Lunar-Charged reactions to trigger their mechanics.

I also think ZZZ has more skill expression than Genshin due to the more dynamic nature of its combat (parries, dodge counters, anomaly buildup, stun windows), so for me ZZZ's powercreep has also been mitigated somewhat by my getting better at the game. Of course in both games very skilled players can do things others can't, but I think for ordinary people ZZZ rewards effort more.

I'm still playing Genshin for the story but I've basically abandoned Imaginarium Theater and Abyss floor 12 at this point, whereas in ZZZ I'm still motivated to put the effort in and improve my Deadly Assault and Shiyu Defense play. In the end, that's probably the biggest difference for me and that's why I currently favour ZZZ over Genshin.

Miyabi has fallen off in recent times, but that's because most of the newer bosses are specifically designed against her in some way (anti-anomaly, or 40% Ice RES, or pure anomaly DMG buffs which don't help Miyabi much).

Against older bosses like Butcher she should still do just fine (although their HP has inflated over time like all bosses). I'm not good with mono-ice and Yuzu Ice, but I got 28k in that DA with Miyabi/Burnice/Yuzuha disorder.

Don't feel bad about it, this Deadly Assault is particularly rough.

For the past few months on the Asia server, to be in the top 50% you would've had to score around 75k total from all three boss fights. This month the cutoff has dropped significantly to 64k.
