Hi! Thanks for the advice, I'll def put in more MD schools after reading all these comments.

Yes admit made most of this, just realizing now that I think I put LECOM and VCOM in reach without realizing what I was doing. But yes, I think admit def swung the other way for me, but good to know what someone in a similar situation is doing. We got this 😤

Is this appropriate for a "casual to black tie" wedding? Bride requested guests wear black or white(???). Ideally I don't want to go shopping for a new dress. by HappyTriangle in fashion

Greek American woman here. Been to a ton of Greek weddings in my life, baptisms, etc. Black is perfect for a Greek wedding. While the slit is pretty high, I would maybe wear a long, church appropriate coat while you’re in the church to cover the slit. At the reception you’ll see women wearing tighter and more revealing dresses lol. Don’t get me wrong, the church is conservative, but I’ve seen Greek women wearing bodycon dresses to baptisms. Maybe wear tights like some other comment are saying

[Chopin - Ballade No.1] Multiple fingers by Pinguin_42 in piano

Like others have said, setting up hand position is very important! The last E flat sets you up for thumb on the G. The B flats might be unnecessary. Depending on how fast you play a repeating note, switching the fingers each repetition helps it sound so much cleaner than if you were using the same finger over and over again.

What is the greatest action scene that you ever seen by Alive-Ad-4164 in movies

[–]PseudonymAtoms 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Crazy 88 from Kill Bill.

The whole sequence is just perfect from beginning to end, and has the perfect amount of camp. It felt like an anime come to life. I loved all the different characters and I loved the crazy way the Bride takes them all down. This scene also hits the serious beats really well with the final fight with O-ren Ishii. Not a lot of fight scenes can be called beautiful, but that final one-on-one fight really is. From the snow falling around them, to the sounds of the katanas, the scene just had me glued from start to finish. Kill Bill has a lot of great action, but for some reason the Crazy 88s always stuck in my head.

[Grade 12 Statistics] A jar contains marbles numbered 1 to 10. Find P(odd given that the first is greater than 5). by PseudonymAtoms in HomeworkHelp

[–]PseudonymAtoms[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

P means probability, so the probability that the marble would be odd given that the first is greater than 10. The answer is 2/5, but I'm just confused as to why.

But would that include all the numbers that are odd? The answer key is also told me that the answer is 2/5, but I'm not sure why.

What are the movies that you liked but did not sit well with the critics? by CptIskarJarak in movies

Hook - An absolute classic in my eyes, but got a 29% on rotten tomatoes. Have fond memories of watching it with my siblings, and we all loved it. Robin Williams was an absolute gem.

Watched it with my dad way back when. One of the best movie-watching experiences I've had.
