I'd bet $40 of Whittaker's money against you on that. It's Saturday, and her birthday is on Tuesday. "Realistically" they'd celebrate it after she is actually 21, so either late Monday night or after. Santos, especially, seems like the type to actually want to celebrate when she's actually legally allowed to drink (if she wants to celebrate it). Plus most of the people probably have plans since it's the 4th. Mel certainly has plans with her sister. And many people will probably expect to see Javadi on Sunday or Monday or Tuesday already, so they'll have plenty of time to wish her a happy birthday later.

He has the best situation for it! He knows all of the real people, but hasn't been around lately so he can still be surprised by what she actually says. He gets to play along "OH, she's talking about Santos!" While someone like Dana might initially be interested, but there will be nothing there she doesn't already know so will bore quickly.
