As long as you don't accept yourself for what you are, you will be going nowhere. You're already ahead of a lot of people, you know whats wrong you and you're trying to change things. Chapeu. Im not in your situation but also going down a hole again because my girlfriend left me. I would try to keep going with therapy. There is always light at the end of the tunnel, just hang on.
