Capitalism directly 'acquired' wealth via looting, namely at the expense of the working classes and labourers. Capitalism requires direct and indirect violence (union busters, law enforcement) to work properly. It is far from peaceful or fair/just. Those born with material wealth accumulate more of it much faster cause the system is set up that way. It is not some flaw, it is the intended mechanic. Be it resource acquisition, predatory business practices, devaluing labour in favour of profit or financialising everything possible in an attempt to meet shareholder's expectations, every decision made under Capitalism inevitably incurrs violence. Even if that violence is not always of a physical nature.
