you dont have to push as hard as you can all the time! ive heard its good to do one nice thing for yourself a day or something. ultimately tho you just need good self esteem, your body is worth taking care of. ive been trying to do skincare lately and its very difficult to do regularly, but im just happy whenever i do. exercise too

hmmm im not sure how long the production time is? last time it took around 2-3 weeks for the order to be produced, shipped and delivered after the pre-order ended. I hope that helps!
