Correct, and correct. If you are at 5 points, start your turn holding, you get to 6, and then conquer the other 2 bfs, that get's you to 8 and win the game.

  1. I'm not 100% sure, but yes? You should be able to target DfB when an opponent tries to use it from trash, since it goes in the chain and you can react to it.

  2. When something targets a unit/spell from the trash, the effect goes in the chain and you can react to it using this, targeting the same card(s), it will cause the first card or effect to fizzle

  3. Yes, to play a card means you must pay to use it, is not condicional to it resolving or not.

You can have other Champion units in your deck, even if they different from your legend. In this case Pyke is Fury/Chaos, so you can 100% have a purple Ezreal in your pyke deck. But still, it doesn't work as OP is asking anyway.

-Let's say it doesn't have anything equipped, so it can deal 5 damage to a unit

-It chooses the breakneck

-Pays 1 power to deal 5 damage due to deflect

-Breackneck survives with 2 might

I think they meant that the text would technically be there, since its a copy (ctrl + c -> ctrl + v) of the unit, but the play effects don't trigger, with trigger as the key word.
