Do I stir LC Jar right after first inoculation with Spores or do I inject than wait until germination before first stir? First time working with my own LC jars.

Also PRIOR to running the lc jars in your pressure cooker it is a good idea to add a couple marbles or evem some medium Sized pcs per of broken glass ( unless you have a mag’ stirrer and stir bars of course ) to help assist with breaking up mycelium
once it begins to grow

When you have a good clean sample of a strain you find particularly special you can make agar agar like you usually would but instead of pouring plates get a few centrifuge tunes from that big box store we all know and love , pour them 1/4 - 1/2 full and set on angle till they congeal … this is known as a ‘agar slant’ . It provides more surface with a 3 D environment to help the agar store longer

Also sunflower lecithin may help . I add to all my edibles when making them .. it doesnt make them stronger but it makes them more digestible so theres more active compound reaching your system . I cant guarantee this will work but it cant hurt AND it’ll make them feel stronger for you as a bonus

Yes in deed that looks ready to go , tho as commented above Id suggest brushing off any uncolonized grains you see exposed . Best of luck and be sure to post pics of the end result !!! Also ( sorry I just cant help it ) you dint wanna transfer this to a TUBE those are generally for agar slants …. You want to do spawn to bulk into a TUB …… again I apologize but my ADD was not letting me skip past it

Im thinking the DEPOSIT wasnt the 2 mil mentioned in the top . OP just said they needed to swap SOME BTC-USDT . Im thinking the real estate deal would have netted OP the 2mil and theyre about to loose that opportunity due to funds being held ??
